Don,

Those ladders are great. Watch your fingers and thumbs as you retract it.

I agree Jerry if I had my life over I would have made the same choice, no regrets at all. My son followed my footsteps.

I've had one for over 10 years and love it! Make sure it's latched when extending, use silicone spray periodically to keep it from sticking. I wrap a heavy towel around the top rungs and lean it against coach ladder to get on roof, a lot easier than the "straight" coach ladder climb!

Jerry, look on Amazon for wheel wax, use it on the simulators, works great to keep brake dust from sticking!

So, our next mod is to add a ZTE Mobley to the OBDII port on our Hurricane so we have an unlimited data access point in our rig. Found the information on RV.net in the Technology forum there... basically, this is a special deal. It is only available with AT&T and for $20/month on what they call a "car connect plan" you can have unlimited data (same as the other advertised unlimited - up to 22GB then it can be throttled) and is way less expensive than paying for a standard data plan (like we have with our other MiFi - a 10GB data plan is $60/month.) We bought our Mobley at Best Buy (on sale for $79) and activated it last night. It is also available on the AT&T web site.

Today we start our trip from Virginia to Sioux Falls, SD and we will see how she performs. Stay tuned...

SD is our next trip too. We aren't going until the end of May though. I can't wait. Windi has been winterized since we bought her so it will be the first time we can really experience Windi!

How to squeezee compound curve windshield?

What do you learned folks use to squeeze your windshields? Do you squeeze or just rely on rain-x? I heard you could use a windshield wiper attached to an extension pole. What is a good way to make an attachment?

Thanx

Don,

Sweet configuration!!! I just purchased the same model compressor. Is that compartment on the driver side?
