Hi Jerry your post have helped us so much. We have a 2017 Hurricane 29M and our outside kitchen sink macerator pump runs but the sink doesn't empty. It worked fine for 2 years.You can hear the pump run. Any suggestions?

The stopper in the outside sink is a push to close and push to open. Push it down ans see if that doesn't help.

Try using a plunger to see if you had a clogged pipe.

Easy to do just have to make a round hole square made a template out of cardboard and used my jig saw to make the cut . part is available here https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 you will need some butyl tape and more screws

Once you cut out a template and place over the hole you will see there is not much to cut out

I must have missed a part - was this to replace an existing cover or did you add a fill capability to the fresh water tank? If you added a fill capability can you show and describe the work done at the tank? This would be great to do on my DP as filling using the on board connections seems to take a long time just to get to 30%! Great job BTW.

This is just to replace the OEM cover, your fresh water tank is not affected by this mod!

Also consider the folks who are doing this mod to their fresh water gravity fill covers are for the majority Windsport/Hurricane owners! Do some research to see if the cover will be compatible to your Palazzo DP!!
