I'm in Williams, near Flagstaff.
I'll buy your old now broken step if you want to sell it.
It's for some experimental work and I'll do a LOT of surgery to it.
Pm me if you're interested.
You can come or I'll come to you.

Eeeride,
Can you explain how you wired the LED to be on when the switch is off? And is that a three-way switch, with another switch in the coach to control the lights?

Be sure you measure the with and depth of the place you want the theater chairs to go not all coaches are exactly alike. They fit perfectly in our Windsport 34E

Metalman - yes the switch is a 3-way switch. I found that if I tapped the top and bottom prongs/wires of the switch, I would get the behavior referenced. There are 6 prongs on the switch, 2 on top, 2 in the middle and 2 on the bottom. It was mostly trial and error. But happy with the result and price!

Inexpensive but practical mod. Apologize too about the sideways pics.
I've never messed with the light switches there. Does the cover just snap off giving access the the switches

Nice idea...well done!!

I am no where close to completing the mods I want to do. Most of the reason is I have no skill set. I can read how to do it....just can’t do it. I am a lot better than a year ago. I would like to install a sealevel system but not sure I have the skill set.
