Storage Bin
Well maybe not a official mod, but built or re-enforced the rear bin near our kitchen. I was afraid the new tailgater grill (Christmas gift from our kids)would bounce too much in the plastic storage compartment. 1/2" exterior plywood, with 1x1 to keep wood from warping. In the spring I will weather proof and stain, so it looks better. I think when you click on the picture it will straighten up. I will also get a 12 foot low pressure propane hose to hook up to kitchen, since everything is right there.

Entry handle
Can anyone tell me if the entry handle is supposed to light up on the 2018 Hurricane 34P? It looks like it should, but cant find a switch. Do your handles look like this? Sorry about the sideways pictures... I even tried to rotate them and post again.

Traeger grills are awesome! Thinking about investing in a portable grill for myself. I use the Traeger on our deck all the time, beef, chicken, fish, even pizza. Hope you enjoy!!!
Don’t think you will have any problem with the weight in the compartment, I’ve carried our grill along with various other items with no problem. Extra security never hurts though!

Welcome aboard, Cakeman.
I don't think those light up. Maybe Thor only does that if your coach is diesel powered?
BTW, I know Jerry says he likes to help others spend their money -- he seriously likes to help others. Period. And so does Dino, Dave, Bill and a whole other bunch of great people on this forum.
Hoppy (but safe) New Year to everyone --
Cheers!

To tell if it's supposed to light up, pull it off and look for wires.
They sell them both ways, lit and not lit.
Consider this:
Thor Forums - View Single Post - I want to start a new thread about nothing, and let it run...
And
A solar powered light is an easy addition to those handles and adds just enough light to see the key holes. Solar panel Mounts above or below it.
Or
It'll easily tap into the porch light circuit
But
If the porch light is on, you won't need the handle lit.

Kent, you are correct. So many people on the Thor forum that help anyone with a question. I got my MH in November of 2018 and had no idea what I was doing. If not for all the people you mentioned I would not have made it this far.
Happy new year to all. And thanks for all your help!!

Wow. Hmm I'd maybe look for a solar patio light to install over the door
Or if you have a cabinet above your door you may be able to run a wire outside to power the a light. 12vt light are easy to find

I'm jealous of the pizza.
Last week a friend introduced us to a pizza with no red sauce and an aioli(mayonnaise) based white sauce. Unexpectedly delicious.
With 12 to work with, consider considering a white mayonaise sauce.
I sure wouldn't have tried it if not forced.
(the egg seals the crust. It's not the mess it sounds like.)

Bill,
Ive played with different sauces in the past. I always give everyone their choice. Tonight everyone wants tomato sauce. Pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, pineapple, olives

So today ... fix drawer under dinette... several times driving home the drawer would roll open... looks like the latch was mounted on a angle.. it was off by a half inch... replaced cheap plastic with old school magnet and metal tab

Our 2018 29M only has the LED's under the awning for outside lighting, they don't provide a bright light but it's a nice mood light...

Dave, check out the Volcano 3. It works with gas, charcoal and wood.
