Ifish, where'd you go? Any luck on manufacturer/part numbers of the airbags you installed?

Air lift 57240 front and 57344 rear. With the 25% discount it $654.22 to my door.
Air lift wireless one dual path part number 72000 was $409.65 to my door.
Again, I apologize for not providing it sooner.

Ifish, is your Windsport 35C a 22K chassis or 18K? My 29M is a 18K, not sure these would work on my rig. Thanks

It is a 22k. Go to SD Truck Springs or Air Lift's website. They have models for the 18K chassis.
I will try to look for you in a moment.

Just finished adding insulation to the engine cover. That was much easier than I was anticipating!

Makersofsawdust:

I tried searching Air Lift and super duty truck springs web sights. Nothing positive.
My suggestion is to call Air Lift. They have been very helpful when I have called and they will have the most up to date fitment information.
Sorry I didn't find and answer.

Irish,

I am interested in your air bag modification. Did you do the CHF? What psi do you inflate your tires to?

Thanks.

Shawn,
I did the CHF front and rear. Be sure to Loctite the caps crews on the rear. They are known to come lose.

I run 80p.s.i. front and rear based on scale weights.

The 35c was early 2017, the 35m was late year. Don't think they changed much layout wise. Same part numbers should fit yours.

Leroy

Leroy,
Thanks for the reply. My chassis build was 09/16 and coach build was 11/16. It was crazy to drive when I picked it up at dealer. It had 80 psi in the tires then. I did the CHF front and rear immediately. I bumped the tire psi to 95. It drives great now. Trucks and buses flying past don’t phase it. Sometimes a diesel pusher with a large toy hauler going 85 mph will cause a wobble. I am always looking for improvement.
We love the 1 1/2 bath concept. I like your floor plan too.

Thanks again

Shawn

Thanks for the idea. It is well worth the thought. I will need to ask the DW what she would like to see around the fireplace.

Been busy today. Cut out that stupid bag under the slide that was hanging up. Cut a piece of Styrofoam to cover the hole

Second project for the day moving the saniflush connection

I hated having it in the sewer bay. Always leaks water getting everything in the cargo bay wet. So I disconnected it leaving the female fitting that's attached to the pex hose. Used hole saw to cut the opening. I needed to replace the 1-1/2" nipple with 2"
Then reconnect everything. The saniflush bracket had to be ground down about 1/8" to clear the bay door frame

Now I can hook up a hose to the saniflush and leave it without having to leave the bay door open

Took about 15 minutes to do. I was expecting it to be a major project but thankfully I was wrong

Jerry, I love it! I’ve been trying to think of the reasoning for having it next to the soil valves too. I’ll have to find a better plug than the plastic cap. Desert heat and plastics lol
Thanks for the idea

The plugs are pretty cheap. Just buy a few a year and change it when needed
