This is the instructions for the blinds Dino and I bought.

Not sure if it would be the same for the windshield blinds but most likely is. It would only work, I assume, if you have over hear stationary cabinets. If yes they would screw into them.

What and how have people added shade to the cockpit side/upper windows. It would be nice to have a vertically adjusted screen for these, especially the topmost windows,

I have a 2017 Windsport 29M and attached are some pics of the Front Sun Shade and Passenger Window Curtain and curtain bracket...Note the application of Reflectix on the upper window on the Passenger Window!!

We're having a huge rain storm right now (huge by So Cal standards) so i cant work on the mh today. I decided to clean up and organise my funnels greese gun and oil changing supplies. Risked my life in this storm and drove to home depot to get a board to screw into the drywall. Then put screws and hooks into the board to hold the supplies
The last time i change the oil in one of my cars was close to 40 years ago. Since I'm retired now i decided to do the maintenance on my toyota truck and the motorhome.
Amazon had the mh oil filters for $2.60 so i got 5. They also had the truck filters cheap so got 5 of them also. That should last a couple of years.
I already installed a fumoto drain plug and changed the oil in the toyota. And I just got the fumoto oil plug, F106N, for the mh. so once this storm clears ill do its first oil change. Also got a new grease gun and Ford grease.

Hudsoner, you can attach a roller shade to front windshield, problem is with the angle. Starting in 2017 the electric roller shade was made available on the Hurricane/Windsport, there is a guide piece on each A pillar that keeps the shade up against the windshield. Without the guides I'm thinking the shade would meet the dash about 6-8 inches back from the windshield. Wouldn't be able to drive with the shade down due to flopping around.
Going to be wet in the Dallas area this weekend too! Wish I could figure out how to post pictures from my iPad, haven't been able to make it work yet, urrrgh!

Thank you! That is exactly what I was looking for. Yes, I do have overhead cabinets and should have ample space to fasten it.

This is exactly how my setup would be. I have the Reflectix setup for the sides already, and my curtains are still pretty good. I just hate that I have to crawl out onto the dash each time I want to close them for the night. Crawling exercises like that get harder by the minute, once one is close to being 74!
The same is with crawling under the coach. Getting down is pretty easy, getting up is the pain!

Thanks, once the frozen and snowed in tundra around here allows me to get close to my Hurricane again, I will take a look what my setup could be.
ONe either might be able to get those guides as parts from Thor or could make something like those at home. I have to look through the Thor brochures to try and figure out how they are done.
I would not need the guides if I use it only as a night shade, because my curtain would but up to it. As sun visor one might need only part of the length in a guide because it would not need to come down that far.

The guides are molded in to the A pillar covers, doubt they would fit your coach. Perhaps you could use 1/2 x 1 inch wood strips stained or painted as guides, problem would be how to attach to A pillar covers which are thin plastic.

That's what I would do, make something out of wood or some channel like metal. My A pillar cover is attached to the frame with several screws, and I could use those to fasten something, or glue some channel to it. I can dig into the almost bottomless 3M glue/adhesive bin to find something that would hold stuff to the cover. Another alternative would be to make a guide with fiberglass and integrate this into the A pillar cover. My son is pretty good in doing custom fiberglass stuff. I just need to convince him to do it (a case of beer is a very good convincing tool).
First thing now would be to get some closeup pictures how they did it from the factory.

My heater has a vent off the forward side of the sink cabinet, facing the entry and passenger seat. Blows like a hurricane 😁 from that outlet. I replaced the vent cover with one that has a damper.
