No doubt about your "title" Dino! Looks like a SiriusXM receiver in the middle. How are you setting up the antenna for it? Right now, I only use mine when I get to the destination and then find a south facing window to put it near.

Both models took about the same amount of time to install, hardest part was removing the old Dicor. I didn't get cheap applying the new Dicor, shouldn't have any leaks, and since it'll be hot today it should settle nicely.

Nice job Dave. I still need to install mine.

If you have another job that needs dicor let me know so i can buy some stock in the company. Your use will definately give them a rise in profits.

I see Angie has her own gps, cool!
Yes, the camera was ordered from Rear View Safety. I did not need any adapters with the camera lines, they connected perfectly. I have the 4 camera split screen monitor and the extra (open) camera line shows up as a blue screen in certain options. My monitor will allow all 3 cameras at the same time. I still have some tweaking to do to separate all functions from the radio, that will come later.

Angie loves having her own GPS. she can check on campsites and stuff while we are on the road.

Not that hard Jerry but you have to some digging around...a lot of wires down there near the engine cover.

The antenna sits centered on the roof about an inch from the front cap. Since it is a magnetic mount I dicored a 3" X 3" steel plate on the roof, drilled a small hole in the roof and threaded the line along the "A" frame, under the dash and up to the receiver.

Jerry look for a small silver box about the size of a deck of cards. If you take the top panel off your dash you will probably see it laying in there, it's not mounted to anything.

Also start buying stock, have a new ceiling fan with remote to install in the bathroom! Lol. Trying to play catch-up to you and Dino!!!

If you get a gps get the RV model, it lets you enter the length and height on your coach. It's kept me out of a tight spot twice when we had our Tuscany.

Dino, did you have to run all three camera leads up thru the dash and were the cables long enough? Where did you pull power for the monitor from?

Where did you tie in for 12v power? Did you get the 7" or the 9" monitor, looks like the 9?

Personally I prefer the Garmin. I think Garmin has better maps, more information, and is very user friendly. Another nice feature of Garmin is the lifetime maps, you can plug the gps in to your computer and receive free updates, plus the it has traffic info which can be useful in traffic jams.

Installed my AC vents today. I used stainless machine screws with fender washers and nylock nuts. The edge of the washers were up over the lip of the vent mount, put them in a vise and bent, now they sit flat.

Dave, I actually came up with this mod as a way to get more air out of the AC unit(s). I'm happy to report that we just came back from a week stay in Pensacola Beach, FL and this mod along with swapping out the original analog thermostats for digital ones allowed our rig to stay at any temp we set it to. We have a little 5lb MaltiPoo named Oreo that travels with us and stays in the RV sometimes while we go out. She has long hair and gets hot easily. The RV park we stayed in had no shade but I set the thermostats to 70 degrees and the rig stayed between 69 and 71 the entire time with this mod. I have a WirelessTag system that allows me to check the temp at anytime while I'm away via my smartphone and it also alerts me if the temp goes outside of the parameters I configure.
