CHF In San Antonio

We have a 2017 Thor ACE, added the Safety Bar. Wondered if anyone got the CHF done in or around San Antonio? Looking for a place to do it. Iron Horse the big repair place is booked for over a month. Thanks!!

Just do it in the driveway yourself or call a mobile mechanic. It is real simple, only common hand tools are required.

Bingo what LT said. If a fat 64 year old guy like myself can slide (roll) under there and do it just about anybody can. That's why it's called the Cheap Handling Fix!

A small bottle Jack might help as the sway bar can be hard to move sometimes. As close to the ground it’s hard to get leverage. I even loosened the brackets, enough so the bar wouldn’t fall off, still needed the jack.

My suggestion is to remove the sway bar, lube the bushings with poly lube, then reinstall doing the chf. Remember to torque all bolts to 66lbs

Blue locktite on the bushing bolts is pretty much mandatory, even when torqued properly.
