Macerator hose swivel connection and preferred discharge hose.

It took me a while and some experiments to land on this system, but even Newell doesn't have as nice of a black tank solution.

I need a flexible 100' 3/4" hose for my Macerator. Thus far I have never used my Macerator while on the road, Camco Slinky very easy to use, but the Harbor Freight 100' hose has not held up well with the cold temperatures. Not sure how much longer it will last. I manually roll it up a hose cart mobile and it can be a chore.

I like the Swivel but with a 100' hose; I can't spin it much. I assume you leave your hose connected all the time.

I bought my hose from lowes for $60.00. It isn't bad in the cold, but being 3/4", it won't be very flexible.

I may have to try the Lowes hose next? I bought the below.
https://www.harborfreight.com/34-in-...g_q=water+hose

The hoses from both stores claim to be flexible down to 45 degrees. The Harbor Freight hose is about 5 lbs lighter which was a factor. I have used it about 4 times, but I winterized about 2 weeks ago and it was really stiff. Having it rolled up on that hosemobile did not help none.

Maybe it is alright this spring in summer? If so, next winter I may consider leaving it stretched out? It runs mainly around the side of the house. I may need some U shape metal to push down into ground every 10 ft or so to hold it down.

This is an expensive hose, but you'll not find another as useful or flexible or long lasting.
