Has anyone changed out their King size Mattress in the challenger 37 KT [f so what did you buy, have a Denver mattress but would like something better. worried about the odd size for RV King vs regular King and will we be able to get the slide all the way in, (doesnt look like we have much room on the foot end.

Since the RV mattress is an oddball size, 75 x 70, your best bet is to add a foam topper and trim it to size. We have added toppers on several of our RVs and like them, your results may vary!

Here you can order the firmness and the exact size you would like. But its going to cost you a few bucks. This is next on my list....
Corsicana Arabella Vitalia Pillow Top Mattress

Yes this is what my wife says, but I find from previous experience that foam hold body heat, do you have any recommendations as to a good quality foam?

Tm, Semper Fi Brother, we probably covered some of the same ground! We got the Sealey 4 inch foam this last time, doesn't seem to be hot. I used an electric knife to trim the foam to match the mattress size. Ours came with a fitted cover, I used heavy duty safety pins on the bottom under the mattress to take up the extra slack. Feels pretty good! Much better than the board Denver calls a mattress!

I just did the same thing, and it made a HUGE difference. I then topped that with a thick mattress pad, and life is good again. I went with a Serta 3" deep pocket gel memory foam topper, and heat buildup hasn't been an issue so far. Cutting the foam with an electric carving knife made it a simple task.

Look up Casper mattress. We just bought one for the house. It was a little firm at first, but after a day or two it started to break in and has been great. They are only on the internet and ship directly to your house. We ended up getting it after my brother and his family bought a few. For the cost and their 100 day no questions trial we decided it was worth a try.

We just had a discussion last night, we may buy one for the bus and just trim it down with a razor.

Thanks to everyone for their input, I did the 4" foam topper today so I will know in a few days (nights) how it goes.
I am not certain if this is the way to respond to all who took time to respond to me, please let me know if i did it in the right manner, or do I need to reply to each one individually
Thanks again
