I think that I'd try turning the radio up: and see if that "fixes" it!

Seriously: good luck with tracking it down, and shutting it up!

The radio is a good plan or we can sing along. That will kill the noise and drive away bugs!

I hadn't seen the Aero-Flo covers before. Relatively new item?
My bath fan has the cheap basic camco cover, and based on experience they don't last very many years before getting very brittle
so next time that one is up I'll consider them for the bath fan...it doesn't really need to open all the way anyway... I'm glad you brought it up!

I have the fantastic fan cover over my rear vent. It's designed with aerodynamics in mind...but for the ventilation airflow efficiency and not so much the vehicle aerodynamic... There's a video on youtube showing better flow rate.... Personally I doubt if it matters all that much if at all and that's not why I bought it, but still.... It's bigger and made of much better plastic and has outlasted the cheapo ones by at least a factor of 2

I have the maxxfan deluxe on my front vent. The vent is so far forward I like having this lower profile there...but I do wish I could find a secondary cover for it as a belt and suspenders protection against hail or falling stuff. Anyone know of anything that might fit over the deluxe and doesn't stand too tall?
....
actually now that I'm thinking "out loud", I'm going to follow my earlier brainstorming idea and think about coating it with bedliner or something similar for a bit more strength..... something else to research....
