Miramar Fireplace

Any reason the Miramar doesn't list the Fireplace as an option in every model? Looks like it would fit.

I have the Miramar and added it at the dealership. It fits right under the TV in the livingroom,

I have a new 2015 Miramar 34.2 and would like to add the fireplace option. Do you have a manufacture part number and is this something I could install or must I go through an RV dealer? What kind of cost are we talking about?
