Not really - at plants 750 and 850 each worker is given a list of projects and items to be completed during that shift. When all items are finished on the list, they can go home (leave early). All workers at the same skill level get the same pay plus a bonus if the coach passes QC with a minimum of errors. Dealer warranty items can and often do result in a suspensions of bonus pay if the line supervisors can identify the cause of the warranty items.
