Overhead bunk

I am curious if anyone has changed their over cab bunk into something else. I dont use the bunk except as storage and am looking for ideas to make it more usable.

On a two month trip we used it for storage by using tupperware like drawers. Turns out we like it better flipped up to have a more open cab. We can always use for storage but would never dream of doing another permanent.
