Removing the dog house

I have a 2015 Windsport 32N and it seems the dog house was installed and then carpet layer down; how is one supposed to work on the engine if you can't remove the dog house? Any suggestions?

The carpet really isn’t one piece... the doghouse will separate where it meets the floor, just may take some persuasion if it hasn’t been off in years.
