Smile Nor cold fridges

Hi
Does anyone run their fridge from an inverter if so what wattage. I am looking to run mine while travelling on an inverter as it would be safer than on LPG Also when on a ferry I can turn off the LPG .

On a twenty four hour ferry fridge on inverter would flatten your batteries.
Fill your freezer compartment with food or some dummy ice packs turn up high on gas or hook up a day before then turn off gas and fridge on ferry.
We do this on the Portsmouth Santander ferry no problem

BTW no problem with gas fridge while on the road
