I'm guessing you have a towed vehicle?

Do you think those bolt heads will tear through from the air swinging it/impacts?(you might want to add some strap steel...maybe not. Maybe I'm just over-engineering.)

Does it have value if I don't have a towed?

I've considered one but my overhang keeps all but the very lowest angle of flying debris from getting out from under my RV. Should I consider again?

My axis came with mudflaps(exhaust heat burned one of mine in a laser sharp line and is now considerably shorter)
I assume we all had mudflap-ish thingies from the factory.

Pretty nice, can you show a picture of the front side. Yes those threaded pipe pieces should attach to a cross member, then the protective flap attach to that. If you impact something underneath you only tear off mud flap and dont damage RV chassis. Pretty fancy though...question? How long did it take to drill the frame and tap? 2hrs...

It’s mounted to the steel mud flap rock card frame. No swinging. The bolts mounted to the frame are very tight. Solid as a rock.

Nice clean work. Thanks for sharing. I assume angle iron mount. Did you order the one from Ultra Guard that was pre-drilled? I am having a hard time finding steel right now.

. I drilled my own holes. I ordered on Amazon. The bar was a separate part on Amazon also.

Good luck
