2013 ACE LED awning lights wiring question

So on my previous pull trailer, I installed an LED light strip under the awning, and just ran power to the outdoor outlets. It worked, but the wiring was a mess. Since getting my ACE, I've been thinking of the best way to get power to the strip without using the outside outlets. I thought about running power where the awning motor wire goes in, but I have no idea where that wire ends up, or how to even get to where it ends up. I'd really like it to be neat and tidy, but I may be out of luck. Any ideas?

What model ACE? Instead of getting an LED strip that uses 120 VAC power brick you should just get one that runs off 12 VDC and wire it to a toggle switch and the 12 VDC supply. Maybe even use your existing porch light circuit.

It's a 2013 ACE 30.1, and the LED strips I use can be powered with a 120v brick, or 12v. My plan was to wire them to the porch light switch...if I can get there.

On mine (SOB) I mounted my light strip on the side of the coach under the awning so that I can use it whether the awning is open or closed. I drilled through the sidewall into the medicine cabinet over my bathroom sink and then ran my wire inside the cabinets to a convenient 12V power source. I operate the light strip with a wireless remote that came with my light kit.
