How much raise are you looking for?
We bought ordinary kitchen chair cushions. Bottom side has rubber gripper dots and are memory foam about 2" high.

I don’t use bottom cushions. We got 2 memory foam lumber cushions. Made a big difference in being able to stand and move after 4 hours of driving. Bought em at Aldi. A true center aisle find.

My experience with any kind of foam seat pad is that the foam will break down over time and get softer and softer until it does not give much support any more. Cheap foam will break down rapidly, good quality foam will last longer. Take a look at Air Hawk seat cushions. They are inflatable with multiple connected sections. I have had the same one on my motorcycles and have sat on it for over 6 years and 80,000 miles and it is still works just as good as when it was new. They are expensive but WELL worth it if you are sitting on it for long periods of time. They have a model for truck seats that I am considering getting soon. I do not typically sit in my motor home seat for extended periods so it might be overkill, but on the Harley I have ridden over 700 miles in a day and without it I would probably have had to quit at 500 miles or less. Plus, since it is inflatable you can adjust the ride height within limits.

What are you trying to accomplish? Are you trying to raise yourself up, improve comfort/softness, reduce sticky sweaty feel, or ?? Different pads and cushions accomplish different things.
