Thanks to all who replied with great info - especially TJ above. My issue is resolved- I can get the seat to go all the way to 180deg as I wanted. Nuttin toit now! Thanks again. Ed.
Of course, no good deed goes unpunished- now I have an electrical problem. I'll open a new thread on that now.
