ShadePro awning fabric replcement

Replaced the old moldy vinyl awning this spring with a ShadePro custom made Burgundy Acrylic fabric.

Now the fabric has either stretched or was not perfectly square as the back side of the Carefree Latitude awning does not roll up evenly an is off the rig by almost 8 inches.

Anyone have this occur to them?

My thought would be to contact the people who replaced the awning fabric and ask them what you should do. They may have to cut and refit the material to make it square or whatever has to be done. You shouldn't have to do this, the people you hired to replace the awning should be looking at it first.

I agree: let the installer take a look at it.
How long has this new material been in place?

Possibly the setscrew let loose on rail of coach body. Looking to replace mine, did you purchase fabric with metal cover?

I bitched at the installer but that was me.

One about three weeks now.

Went on fine and now it is not.

Not sure what screw you are talking about.

It is a Carefree Latitude so it does not allow a metal cover to be installed.

mine was doing same with stock vinyl in front. so metal cover not required, good to know.
