Camping World 59.00 Installation ends

For those that might be interested, I was at Camping World today and I was told their 59.00 install anything promotion has come to an end. They said the new promotion will be something like 30 percent off installation.

That promotion was great for large items like Invisibrake... took advantage of it when they set up my Wrangler. Hope it comes back again.

Even better than when I did it 5 years ago... They considered the base plate install and Inivisbrake install as separate... but even at $120 it was a bargain.

Mine was 59.00 per component installed, not 59.00 for installing all components. Sorry if that was confusing. Still the install was better than some outfits wanting between 250.00 and 400.00 for installing just the baseplate.

30% off only means raise the cost/fee by 30% then lower it by 30%. A fixed value is much better than a percentage off.

I have been trying to get a ladder and washer/dryer combo installed since May, because of the promotion going on. Still waiting. Oh yeah promotions over now. Now they're talking about getting it done now! ��

Just my opinion... I wouldn’t let CW install windshield washer fluid never mind aftermarket parts!

It depends on who's running the tools, and what the complexity level of the installation is.
The Camping World near me had a very few good technicians...

But they were also the busiest, and pretty tough to get!

The worst experience we ever had was buying our first brand new unit at Camping World! You always think buying new from a nationwide company is best??? Not with Camping World!! We purchased a 1 year old MH with 1400 miles from Arlington RV in R.I. and got the best service ever! Even walked away with a lifetime no deductible warranty, only requirements are a annual inspection of the unit every October! Something you do anyway.... When we purchased our new unit from Camping World they didn’t even clean the unit before delivery!

Had the opposite. Wasnt impressed with Arlington and their parts department was not responsive at all. Depends on the specific people I guess. Very happy with Berkley for last two years.
