SiriusXM solution with Axxera AV615BHM

Hey anyone, I just connected an Onyx to my 615 and put the antenna in the box under the overhead cab bed, works great for XM. But in hooking it up, I lost the Bluetooth connection to my phone, and can’t get it to connect again. We had a hard time also the first time we connected to Bluetooth, but now can’t figure out what we had to do. Any suggestions?

I also lost my Bluetooth connection to my phone on our last trip. Turned Bluetooth off on both the phone and the Axxera, turned them back on, searched for devices, and reconnected. It's worked fine since.

Thanks, I have tried turning both off and then back on but no luck. The techs at the dealership took over half an hour to get it on when I picked the vehicle up a couple weeks ago, so not sure what to do. Will try tomorrow again.

Good luck. I don't know what else to tell you to try. Hopefully, someone else might have some ideas.
