Sky Windows fell off track

Can anyone tell me how to fix this shade. It has fallen off track and I can not open or close it. Are there some adjustments that need to be made to stop this from happening?

Based on your User ID I would guess you own an Omni.

The Magnitude/ Omni cab-over shade has been more trouble than its worth…. In addition to adding more weight to the fron cap adding to the front cap issues almost all of these models experience.

There is no adjustment. It is likely the tracks were not properly align when they were installed. One owner reported they were told by a dealer shipping screws for the assembly were not aways removed from the assembly when it is installed.

If you’re out of warranty, you would need to remove all of the ceiling trim to see if the tracks are secured and aligned properly. Many times the guys on the assembly line overtighten and strip screws. If this happened, the tracks may have loosened and allowed the shade to jump out of the tracks.

FWIW…. I no longer open my shade.

Same here. It's closed and we leave it that way. Too bad tho it was a nice feature.
