Remote Temperature Sensor Location

I've decided that I want to add an indoor outdoor thermometer. The trick is where to put the remote (ugly) sensor. From searching the Internet, I see that inside the LPG basement is a good place. Any ideas?

That would be a good location.

Basically you'd want a somewhat outdoor location that would get close to ambient that was protected from sun (and probably wind).

The battery bay under the step wouldn't be a good one as you'd get residual heat/cool from the coach and the battery will also alter the temp.

I'd also try somewhere under the rear of the coach--away from the genny (if yours is in the rear) and away from any "spray" from the rear wheels.
