Rooftop solar

How much of a pain in the butt and expensive to install roof top solar to a 2011 Damon 27pd?. I can get Renology kits for about $500. Its the wiring in the walls that concerns me. Has anybody tried it on these yet? Would love to hear about any potential showstoppers.

Renogy offers complete kits that include everything but the elbow grease.
It all depends on your electrical wiring skills, patience, and ability to follow instructions.
Good luck!

there's nothing in the 'walls', as factories don't typically use the walls for anything... and your wire from the panel down to the charge controller, and the battery bank, doesn't have to go thru any walls. Most of us use the rear of the coach, down the ladder, and up and into the chassis and battery bay, or a similar approach.

I used the fridge roof vent as access point
Then down to an area under the cabinets
You’ll want to place your Solar Controller on a wall near your battery bank. The closer, the better.
Use stranded wire of 8 or 10 gauge depending on length of run & number of panels.
