Slide leak

Hi I have a 2018 Thor Miramar 35.3 and the slide on the drivers side leaks in a heavy rain with wind. I have been told that the roof of the slide is bowed in the center so the water puddles up and comes in under the rubber seal stir up. Has anyone else had this problem and what have you done to resolve it?

Thanks

I have the same problem and I can't seem to find out where the water is coming from, and it even gets water when the slide is in

I have a small leak from the slide. Turns out there was a gap in the caulk between the exterior face of the wall and the exterior trim around the slide wall. Caulked all upper horizontal joints, all vertical joints and all angled joints. I left the joints facing down without caulk. No issues since.

We had a similar problem with our 2018 Axis. Had it in the shop twice since it was still under warranty. Thought it was fixed but then it popped up again. It was an intermittent problem and happened when the slide was in. Only a very small amount of water seemed to run in from the slide track area.

I've kept a colored shop rag under the spot where the small drip would appear so I could monitor what and when it was happening.

Eventually we systematically hosed down small sections of the slide to recreated and isolate the problem. One we found the appear ant trouble spot, we just re-caulked around the trim ourselves as raffaelli suggested. That was a year ago. No problem since.
