Found some open unused space above the microwave, decided to store something for the wife

Only negative I can see is heat buildup from the microwave where
you've put the wine bottles.

I have a 3/4" ply wood board, that it insulated on the bottom. with the additional open space, the heat will escape through the front around the rack. besides we rarely use the microwave.
