Co-pilot speedometer

Tired of the co-pilot barking out every speed limit? Now hopefully I will only hear it when it’s really important.

From loud request(loud, because it damn well should have been intuition driven) to sandwich in hand is the only speed limit I care about when I'm copiloting. :

cbach..... thanks for confirming that I'm not the only one in the same boat and a wife driving me nuts when we are driving.

Between her saying "watch out" to her bracing herself against the dash every time she sees brake lights 1/2 mile ahead of us I thought that I married the only woman who does this all the time.

It's gotten to the point I can't even use Cruise Control anymore.....

I prefer that mine remain blissfully unaware... until I need help sorting out what the traffic signs say...

I already have 2 GPS systems that tell me the speed limit and the built in one is a pain because it tells me when I am going over the speed limit. I haven't figured out how to disable this PITA feature yet. That darn things even does it when I'm not using that GPS. I also have the mobile eye which reads speed limit signs and tells me when limits change. The last thing I need is the DW to tell me about the speed limit.

You whole heartedly deserve every single bit of h=nagging you get from here on out. You ask for it so live with it and don't comp[lain about not to us.

Of course; you're going to have to tell her that she is beautiful, unique, special, and not at all like any other woman.

We got in an argument because she kept saying speed limits. My responses were increasingly pissing her off so she left her seat. Within 10 minutes I was getting a speeding ticket!

So this is my response to the situation

Of course: they're always right...
We just would rather not be reminded of it so often.

Another paradox comes with my co-pilot.......

One minute she is freaking out because she see brake lights ahead and thinks we are going to crash but then I have to tell her to put her seat belt on every time we get into the motorhome, car, etc.

I keep telling her that if you think we are always going to be in a crash why do I have to keep telling you to put on your seat belt????

Apparently there is a bug in her software.......

Easy solution, let her drive and you can be the NAG-a-vator. Works for us most of the time. I just don't do bridges over big bodies of water.

Given the opportunity, I'd be in the back asleep. She's not keen on driving it yet...maybe someday.
