Steering stabilizer.

My 2019 Thor ACE 29.3.

Today I installed a RoadMaster steering stabilizer. I bought it from etrailer.com.

The hardest part was removing the two 1 1/8 nuts. A little heat and WD40 and they came off with 3/4 inch ratchet and cheater pipe.

My coach did not have a steering stabilizer from Ford so this was a big improvement and it drives straight down the road with no more sawing on the wheel.

I put tape on the dash and steering wheel and hit the right adjustment on the first try. Yippee.

This is the only suspension upgrade I have done on the coach and I am happy for now but later I may install new shocks and rear track bar.

Congrats. I love my roadmaster. They really should come with them in my opinion. We purchased out of state and I wrestled that bear for some 600 miles. Now I can drive one handed.

You are lucky getting the adjustment right on your first try. It took me several tries of adjusting, driving on the highway, adjusting, etc. Very tedious process, but worth it.

I drove a long a stretch of interstate before install and put piece of tape on the dash and a piece on the steering wheel.

I was surprised it worked on first try. Just luck I guess.
