Rear air bags too

Ditto all the other advice: alignment, sway bars, spring boosters, steering damper, shocks. My Vegas is on the E-350 chassis which has softer springs in the rear and maybe the front than the E-450. Anyway, I wanted a "tunable" ride so I put air bags on the rear axel and adjust the pressure with a bicycle pump. Now it is reasonable in cross winds, rides OK, plus I can keep up with the regular traffic on a curvey road. As delivered, IMHO, the E-350 Vegas is unsafe in any crosswind.

Will help tremendously, had Road Master anti-sway bars, Reflex Steering, Sumo Springs installed, on my 2012 Thor Challenger 36FD and it made all the different in the world as to ride and handling. Increase the time under the steering wheel with very little fatigue. Hardly notice when 18 wheelers pass, keep you in your lane, handle like a sport car. You
may contact me with any questions.

Safe-T-Plus

I had a Safe-T-Plus (https://www.safe-t-plus.com/) steering stabilizer added to my '16 Vegas 25.2 (E350 chassis). Immediate improvement when driving on windy days or when being passed by tractor trailers on the interstate. Much easier driving all around.
