Your chassis already has heavy duty anti-sway bars (bigger than the V10 F53 chassis). There may be even beefier aftermarket anti-sway bars but you need to define "improve the ride". These bars have nothing to do anything but minimizing sway.

Your truck chassis will never ride like a pickup truck or SUV.

How much seat time do you have?

Not much time in the seat brand new made a few runs back and forth to FL. I'm going to install the Safe T Plus steering stabilizer and while it was getting done was asking about sway bars . As when in certain situations the coach rocks pretty good back and fourth. Just trying to think if it's a worthwhile investment or not Or maybe I should wait take a few longer trips and see how it feels just trying to get opinions on other people's situations

Add the stabilizer. Get it aligned properly (it’s not already aligned no matter what you’re told). Have front tires balanced( they’re not from factory). But seat time is very important.

May I add to Jombo56 comments to get your RV weighed and adjust the air pressure according to the tire manufactures Load/Pressure charts. Add 5psi to the required minimum air pressure required. The pressure listed on the RV is for maximum weight. Some do, but most do not run at the full weight rating. If your tires were over inflated, this will improve the ride and handling of the RV. Make sure you have the RV fully loaded as you would for a RV trip.
