Tank heaters and disconnected wires

Curious, our ‘17 Windsport 29M has the stick-on holding tank heaters, I had “assumed” they were auto temp controlled as there is no switches on the monitor panel for them. I opened the panel for an unrelated reason (the 3 tank monitors suddenly stopped working) and found wiring coiled up and not connected to anything??? In talking to Thor support about the level monitors the rep seemed a lil confused that I did not have heater control switches in my panel..??!

Well, next week we’ll be at the factory for a few relatively minor fixes at the end of the warranty so this is just another question for them..

Any of you with 29Ms have tank heater switches?

thx!

yes, they have on/off switches. One for each tank.
and yes, they are thermostatically controlled....it's self contained in the pad

I have the same problem. We have heated pads on the tanks but no switch on the monitor panel. Is it normal or the switch is missing? Thanks for your information
