Pre-wired Rear AC

I have a 2003 Hurricane that is pre-wired for rear AC. The problem is the wire is there, but there is no power to it. I read the manual (not much of one), but it says you can run both ACs off the generator. With the generator on there is still no power to the rear AC receptacle.

I looked at the breaker panel and all breakers are on. There are 2 DC fuses not used, but the Air Conditioner should be on the AC breaker. I took the front panel off in the hopes a wire was just not hooked up, but that was not the case.

Anyone know why the pre-wired receptacle for the rear AC would not be hot?

I would look behind the power panel to see if the wire is coiled up behind it.
