Bigfoot leveling system

On our way up to White Pigeon Michigan from NC to have the platinum system installed on our 2016 24.1 Vegas..Stopping in Illinois first for a few days to visit family.. Overnighted in Eaton Ohio last night, temps got down to 28 degrees..Forecast Tuesday night in White Pigeon is a low of 17 degrees...Should be fun.....

Just returned home tonight after having the platinum Bigfoot leveling system installed on our Vegas and now the use/store switch does nothing when I push to store mode. I can hear the switch click when I push to use mode but nothing in store mode and before this if I left the lights on and hit store it would also turn off the lights but not now???? Any ideas.

How do I get to the back of the switch to see if I have a loose wire??

carefully pry the switch plate from the wall
gently pry top and bottom, side to side

Cost is on their website.

I’d suggest snap pads as well while your at it.

$2195 for the Platinum system, $160 I believe for the snap pads, and they are running a winter special of $300 install fee which is normally $600..... It only took them 2 1/2 hours to install......Out the door was a little over $2700 for everything......
