update Audio/Video system

My 2008 Presidio 400 came with a KVH Dome standard definition rooftop satellite system. I replaced it with the Winegard Traveler system. Had the work done by CW - I thought the work was good but it was ridiculously Expensive ($750 to remove the KVH and install the Winegard) and would never go back to them for any work. I replaced the Jensen Radio with a Pioneer am/fm/cd/satellite (Best Buy Geeks did the install and they were extremely reasonable for the cost to install ($99). Now I want to replace the very clunky Winegard Video Switching "center". It is very clunky and lacks a remote control capability. I'd like to replace it with something more hi-tech and has remote controllability - I have been unable to find something to replace it with other then a 110v Marantz slimline NR1403. Problem is, there is no 110v outlet nearby. I also would like to get rid of coax cable and run HDMI but running wire is definitely not in my "wheelhouse".
I live in the Phoenix and can't really find a Motorhome RV Tech. So, I'm asking for input from anyone who has updated their A/V system (I already replaced a flat panel TV so I don't need help on that)
