Upgrade A/C unit Windsport 34R

I have a 2020 Windsport 34R and the front A/C just can't seem to cool the living space below 83 degrees when it's only 87 outside. Has anyone replaced with a bigger unit? I'm new to class A's.

It should already have a 15K BTU unit installed. Best bet is to add a second one in the bedroom. Lots of discussion on this site about that; look around.

In the meantime try pulling your slides in during the heat of the day so there will be less volume to cool and less surface area in the sun absorbing heat.

The op has a lot of reading and temp taking and dealer taking to, 4o do.
We're not even sure his compressor kicked in.
I'm not even sure what front ac is.
It cannotes there are two.
Has the op tried using both or doing a comparison?

Hi Mark,
As you I just recently got for ourselves out first MH but we have had campers for several years and our last one was a 29ft with single 15k btu ac.
Try to check if the compressor is kicking in.
In our last camper I did:
1 - Use AC duct tape to seal the leaks and to reduce turbulence at the AC that improves airflow on the evaporator.

2 - Cut off every other fin on the plastic AC cover , that dramatically improves airflow on the condenser.
3 - Make sure the wall that separates intake and exhaust is in the right place .

Since then, I heard another trick which is to get the probe on evaporator relocated more to the center...
