I want to add an additional USB port to the cockpit area of my Thor Axis 25.2 that I can use without running the generator or being on shore power. Currently there is only one USB with a HDMI port beside it. I have no use the HDMI and don’t know if that could be converted into a USB or not.
I plug my Garmin gps into the one power point and have searched for a combination hub that I might could use, but haven’t found anything.
Is there a way to add what I need? Thanks

Can't find a dual usb socket? Here is a page of them on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=dual+usb+...f=nb_sb_noss_1

Just remove your existing usb/hdmi socket and replace it with one of these. Ignore the hdmi wires, but tape them off so they won't short to anything.

Your USB/HDMI ports are really there for connecting and mirroring your cell phone to the radio - doesn't really work that well.

You should have standard cigarette lighter power ports in both your dash as well as the laptop desk. The easiest thing to do is buy USB power ports into those:

Something as simple as this:

Or as big as this:

Or if you are into drilling holes in your dash and wiring to 12 volt systems you can buy something like this:

There is no port in the laptop desk on my Axis. I need the cigaret port for my GPS. So I guess my only two options are to drill into dash to add one or replace the dual USB and HDMI.
I’m not that great at this sort of thing so drilling into the dash is out. Looks like the one David suggested is my best option! I had seen these in my search but didn’t know whether the wiring for the HDMI would be compatible. So it seems it will just be a matter of taping them off. Easy enough ( I hope) lol
Thanks

The HDMI port is a electronic signal circuit (think cable TV jack), not a power circuit that carries voltage to power up toys like phones, GPS' and such.
