Can't turn off Axxera Radio

We are parked, using shore power. Turned onJensen entertainment center in RV and the axxera radio in the dash starts flashing. I can't get it to turn off. Any ideas?

If the little button upper left won't do it, something is not right. You may need to track down the fuse and pull it while you are parked, at least until you can get it in to be checked.

Might have to push the mode button 1st. It's a funky unit. The mode button can impact the ability to turn on/off and volume control

Push and hold little button upper left for a few seconds. Pain to get it to work.

Took me a while to find the button also but finally got it to work. Look closely it is labeled "mode" but has the universal on/off symbol also
