BattleBorn and Li-Bim 225

I've run into a bit of an issue after a weekend of upgrading. I upgraded my 2 house batteries and installed 2 new battle born batteries. I upgraded the charger to a lithium charger. I then installed a Li-BIM225 and a Victron monitor BMV-712. I plugged into SP and worked great, I did notice my chassis battery also climbing in charge. So now all three of my batteries are the same voltage. Ran just off battery and it stayed the same all day. I unhooked my chassis battery and everything stayed on, headlights and cigarette lighters. I also didn't get a noticeable click when trying the BIM. Any wiring ideas? I'm sure I followed the directions, and have power going to it. Any help would be appreciated.
For reference its a 2016 Thor Windsport 34J

So I called Battleborn yesterday, there were very helpful, but I couldn't quite get the answer I was looking for. I called Precision Circuits today and they were very helpful. He thinks with Thor they might have the emergency start button wired differently. So its a constant ground, thats causing my BIM to stay open. I'll dig into it tomorrow and see how it goes.

Got it figured out this morning, I had to unhook the emergency start switch. However Thor wires it it was leaving the BIM open and not separating the house and chassis. Glad its all figured out before I cooked my chassis battery.
