It's in the Ford E-Series specs.

Are you looking for front or back, or both?

Also E-450 is a little wider at rear than the E-350 chassis.

The front track is the same. You need to know if E-350 or E-450 to know rear.

Stripped chassis is same as cutaway. Track hasn't changed in years as far as I recall.

I believe that the 6th character designation of your VIN indicates whether the chassis is 350 or 450. Here is a partial VIN example for e350 "1FDSE3FL", note 6th character is a 3, if this were a 450 chassis then the 6th character would be a 4. If you search online for and use a VIN decoder it should provide you with info specific to your chassis.
