The Bluetooth capability is in the remote panel and it is not a separate module. If you already have the remote panel you may have the BT capability and just need to download the bluetooth app (FXC Control).
I downloaded the app and will try to connect my inverter this evening.
I already have the remote. It came installed from the factory but it does not have the Bluetooth option. However there are two versions:
One is part P/N 808-0817 (or 808-0817-01): and the other P/N 808-0817-02. The part number with the -02
is the one that has Bluetooth capability built-in.
The one that came from Thor is the 808-0817 and does not have the ability to use the Bluetooth app and I can't find the 808-0817-02
part number anywhere online.

I have looked online everywhere and can't find the one with -02 part number. I am going to contact Xantrex and see where they can be purchased.
The correct Remote Panel also says Bluetooth on the lower left side of the panel:
