Columbia Gorge

I've heard so many compliments of Columbia Gorge between Oregon and Washington, currently trying to explore that area. Could anyone share with me where I should stop, eat and stay overnight? Thanks.

We have stayed at Alington, Oregon a couple of times. The city has an RV park down next to the river. It is cheap, too. Not bad if you don't mind the trains going by every 10 minutes.

Will add that to my list. Stopped at a Cathlamet marina RV site. Beautiful sunset and misty runrise.
