Griddles, Smokers and Grills....Move Over...
There's a new kid in town. Check out the brand new Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill. Small, lightweight and like nothing ever before. It grills, smokes, bakes, roasts and air fries. You can air fry wings and smoke them at the same time. Only 32 pounds ans replaces at least 4 other cooking systems we carry around and it requires NO GAS...it's electric. I consider myself a master smoker and laughed when I first saw this...trust me...it's awesome. I bought the PRO model with the optional griddle plate and was blown away how much it cooks like my commercial cooker(s) at home. Great addition to the camping experience. Lots of videos on YouTube.

I just saw this model the other day. We have one of the original Ninja's at home and like it. It cooks steak almost perfectly and is also great with chicken.
We bought a smaller version at Costco for the coach. I was wondering how this new one might work out..... now I know!

Awesome! You proved your expertise at one of our previous Sunshine Thor rallies. Your opinion carries a lot of weight. May have to whisper this in Santa's ear!

When I fire up my home smoker its usually for 6 butts 4 slabs of ribs 10 pounds of tuna (for smoked dip) and what ever else we decide...then vac-pac everything with the Food Saver and freeze it. This new grill is for the camper other than doing wings at home. You can air fry or smoke wings but smoking doesn't get them crispy...the Ninja does!

I hear about how pellets don't produce as much smoke, how is it as far as that goes?

I bought a Treager 2 years ago, used it twice and sold it for that reason. It was nothing more than an oven. This little Ninja puts it out like my wood fired commercial model. It smokes great for about 2 hours. You can add more pellets then if desired but thats usually enough for a small batch of meat.

Good to know!
I have a Cook Shack that I bought 10 years ago and it uses the chunks of wood so that is great this will produce the same level of smoke.
I am used to using and electric smoker so this might be a very nice smaller version to consider.
