Proposal in the House. They 'may' be banking on the Covid-19 distraction to push this bill through (re: H.R. 5717).

I guess I don't understand how, or why you are trying to connect the two?
The big bailout for covid-19 has already occurred.

But the mayhem (distractions) around it have not. I was merely suggesting that folks would not or maybe could not be paying attention.
