Sounds like you're all guys right? Think of how it must be when the shoe is on the other foot! Hubs is just grateful he doesn't have to "mess" with it. He's kidding right? I'm the one who picked the rig and keeps buying all of the stuff for it. I'm "experimenting " with the right chemicals now. Box after Amazon (Gawd I love Amazon) box. I know our rig inside out and how to do everything. He says he loves how I know it and to just let him know what he needs to do. Hahaha, talk about role reversal!

Months ago I bought a metal detector and accessories, just over $1000. Wifey says you cannot bend to dig, so I bought a standup sand scoop, just another $200. Then she said your back is so bad you cannot carry much and your legs don't work well enough to walk far. Tomorrow I'll get it out of the box...

The way I do it is careful nagging until she finally would rather me get it so she won't have to hear about it. When coupled with a heavy dose of moping, it's worked every time. It's how I repowered my boat, upgraded the electronics (twice) and even got the RV. It turns out she loves the RV, so that was a double win.
