I couldn't see in the video? Was the shooter in the grassy knoll or what? I did hear two shots. Looks like the bridge saved the driver because they may have hit the AC units. That is another reason why I had to have two ACs units on my rig

There are thousands of clearance bridges that are not in the GPS units. I purchased and installed Low Clearances POI GPS data.

Right! Same answer for the many other threads with people worried about their levelers lifting a tire off the ground!

Got a 10'4" railroad bridge we travel under all the time for the past 40 years via car. I can see easily forgetting I'm in the MH. Good thing the GPS is always on telling this dumb ass to wake up!

It only supports certain devices, which is fair, just make sure you have one of them. It won;t install on my RV770.

I keep a note hanging down from my Sun Visor that says: 11' 4"

yup. Bought a dedicated Garmin GPS just for this reason.

EDIT. You can always let the air out of the tires to gain a couple inches. Deflate, go under bridge, and reinflate.

I carry a dedicated trailer with extra sets of 6 tires. Every time I see a bridge I simply change to set that will ensure clearance of the bridge. I never have to fool with letting air out or adding air back to the tires.

FWIW; I use to use Garmin years ago pre-RV days, but they went to subscription based maps, and I have simply refused to look at them since.

Do you keep a NASCAR Pit Crew in that trailer also?

None of the 5 Garmin GPS units I have owned required a subscription to update the maps. Of course when I bought them I purchased a LM or LMT model which provides Lifetime Map updates for free.

You made me go up in the attic to find my Garmin. My wife wants to know what did you say to get me out of the RV

Anyway I have two identical Garmins and I found one . It is 3590LM. I fired it up and it still works. I am in the process of installing the Garmin Express and any updates it may do. It says it could take 3 hours but I will see. This unit may go back to 2015? I use to use all of the time, but somewhere money came into play? I am cheap so it was a showstopper. I don't remember exactly, but I went to Waze and never looked back. I will find out in due time if it has any value or if it tells me about bridges.

You know that is a thought... maybe I buy a 2nd RV to trail my RV that pulls the trailer for a Nascar crew Then I would need a 2nd trailer with tire sets for the 2nd RV and perhaps another RV for a 2nd Nascar crew and another trailer etc.....

See attached

It finished updating overnight. As I think about it, I am pretty sure the reason I bought two were because of Lifetime Maps.

Regardless, I don't see where the height info goes? Model 3590 LM

It doesn't look like it updated your map data but, instead, directs you to the place to purchase updates (last sentence in your screen shot)?

While you're at it: you might as well buy a race car, and spend your time traveling to all of the tracks....

That model is a standard CAR GPS. It doesn't have vehicle profile capability like the truck or RV specific models.
