This gives full water pressure into the Tornado and at sites that have high water pressure and you can hear the Tornado screaming and scrubbing away. With two rinse cycles - each using 2 oz of Dawn down the toilet - the last rinse is mostly bubbles and very clear.
Keep us posted on the dual Tornado idea, never thought of trying that.

I have stayed at three RV parks that had really high pressure. One was 200psi another 150psi and a third 145psi. All might blow your system apart. I only remember the location of the one just up the road from Appamartics court house. That was the 200psi park. They warned everyone and I used two pressure regulators. A cheep one and the adjustable one. Though rare, you still need to make sure the pressure isn't too high.

Wow, that is some pressure. I have never seen over 125PSI around here (we have not gone to any really big parks). Thanks for the heads up. I'll be sure to verify or just get a get a second regulator.

We use two regulators, just because it's s a handy place to keep the spare... On the hose.
But
We seldom to never use shore water.
It's too easy to use our internal tank and our own pump.
No trauma, no hose to burst or freeze.
Gravity fill just before we leave the rv site.
We try to make life easy.

New betterer remote control
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07JF...b_b_asin_image
No added wiring needed.
You simply splice this into the line you want to control.
No trigger voltage separate wire, no switches other than the one you already have and the remote.
I could have done much nicer install but this fan is getting upgraded really soon and I'll hide everything when I take the frame out. The curly wire is the antenna I really didn't need to extend. It's usually coiled and hidden.
One remote is foam taped to the paper dispenser and the other will be by the sink.
This took five minutes of hookup time(and looks like it .)

I like this idea. Maria being height challenged (short) could use this.

You've met my shorter half.
The fouler than usual language she used when on tippytoes reaching for that switch prompted this mod.
And
This will allow remote control of a coffee pot if you buy their 120v unit.
And
The porch light we're discussing in your mod thread can be actuated from 100 yards away.
And
Auxillary back up lights won't need wires ran ass-end-to-tea-kettle for a dash switch.

Lug upgrade from 7/8th" to 1-1/16th" nut size. I have no idea the lug size but it's a biggun.
No reason, just part of the straight axle swap.
I'll upgrade the rears when I buy tires.
Freaked me out a bit at first thinking I might need two spares but all is the same except lugs.
I have my spare wheel and tire and hitch mount rack. I thought a test run of swapping tires was better done in the shop than along I-40. I have three roadside plans but none will go offroad and I won't wait 4hours when I'm capable myself.
I failed.
I need to buy a couple of 1" drive sockets.
Of course the torque multiplier I bought came with the wrong size sockets.
(warning:if you ever go shopping with me I can almost guarantee a cash register receipt jam. I'm lucky that way)

I don't remember who, but someone on the forum said they carry the spare for their 24.1 in the drivers side rear basement.
Thanks.
I now have a spare I carry with me and can put aside the spare rack and the build/mod that goes with it.
Frankly, I'm not sure I'd have thought to try putting the spare there.
I am considering installing either a safe or just a round bin to store the jack and stuff inside the rim of the spare when it's on the hitch rack.
The pictures are the safe and table built into the rack on my expedition type Blazer.
The blazer also has a fold down table attached to the spare rack. The 24.1 might get a spare cover with the same dimension ratio as the back of the rv, and it will fold down into a table. A flop out on each side and I can have a 4ftx6ft back there.

Just loaded most of the apps you have noted. If you would be willing to share the other pages, if they are not private, that would be very helpful. While we've been motor homing for 49 years, because of time constraints, we've been less active in the past ten or so. Information has really advanced. We would like to before we head out again.

They're all posted a little deeper into this thread.
I think it's about four pages back from here.

We're on the 40 headed from Williams az to Farmington nm.
Almost no one on the road.
We've stopped at two Truck stops not but one car parked at the store entrance at either of them.
No one standing in line at the counters,
Very very light traffic, passed two walmart with less than thirty percent lot filled.
No one at the Indian trinket stores.
Very light traffic.
Very odd.

Regarding the faux bath fan...
I recently upgraded with this:
https://smile.amazon.com/Hengs-90043.../dp/B002N1J5IM
Also, I added this variable speed/reversing switch. Works great!
https://smile.amazon.com/LEDMOMO-120.../dp/B07BLWXXQC
I’ll post a finished photo tomorrow.

Bath fan mod update
The black switch is forward or reverse
The round knob (which lights up under the plastic skin when on), is a variable speed.
Other than the switch add-on, it’s plug and play.
It’s very quiet and efficient

Site Security
why are these post not secure?
HTTPS (HTTP over SSL or HTTP Secure) is the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or Transport Layer Security (TLS) as a sublayer under regular HTTP application layering. HTTPS encrypts and decrypts user page requests as well as the pages that are returned by the Web server. The use of HTTPS protects against eavesdropping and man-in-the-middle attacks. HTTPS was developed by Netscape.
look at your web address. Why is not secure?

Thanks for contacting the tech support desk.
The reason you are not seeing the green lock has to do withthe security settings on our server.
Last year google began to push websites to use https instead of http as a security update. A few months ago they began to actually began to display that little red triangle;"not secure" on browser address lines.
We hand coded an update to make the LOGIN page https. This is the page where user credentials are passed and the only sensitive data we store. Once a member has logged in the site reverts to http (and the alert begins to display in browsers). Using https on all pages actually breaks some things the forum. Offsite links and hosted images may no longer work, ads don't display, photos, etc.
So... as you login the page is secure (https) but once you have logged in the regular site is http. Since no login/pass info is being sent on these pages we believe this is safe and reasonable. We will eventually switch to full SSL but as noted by other posters there are some concerns to weigh as we make that choice. The login pages here are secure (httpS) but as noted, the rest of the site is not. We store no financial info or other sensitive content here and we long ago changed login pages (where password data is passed) to meet current security standards.
You can read more about the google alerts here:
https://www.wired.com/story/google-c...-secure-label/
Best Regards, Cliff - The Social Knowledge Support Team

Okay, this thread goes all over the place....how about beyond Thor products? Anyone looked at the Nexus line up, specifically the Viper 27V? Anyone aware of a Nexus Forum?
We went to an RV show in Charlotte to look at the Vegas 27.7 and right next to it was a Nexus Viper 27V (Class B+). It sure looked fine and the DW fit in the driver's seat, could reach the pedals and see comfortably over the dash.
