Just installed the Enon 10.1 in my Windsport 34R, is there anyway to activate the Rear Camera while driving? My Axerra had an icon. I like to use it as a rearview mirror to keep track of my toad and traffic. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Should be simple enough. Just find the signal wire coming from the backup lights that switch the radio into camera mode and tap into it with a switch and 12V. You may need to add a diode to keep the backup lights from being illuminated.

There's a button within the set up that allows for this.
I have a 'secret' eonon file.
The things below are individual controls not an entire succession of steps.
They'll break you into individual contents and controls for camera and gamma and video centering and touch stuff... And stuff.

:
To Update firmware if it needs it
Files at eonon.com
Put on USB stick
Plug in to USB and it auto detects.

Logo Code is 5678(so FORD logo comes up upon turning on the unit)
If you're talented you can make us a Thor logo. Photoshop and such are things I skipped and never learned.

To change the cameras try this
Car settings
Then
Factory settings
Code 126
Then
Ok

Rooting(because it is just a laptop/phoneless phone)
Google
Type:kingo root
Download
Apk installer
Internal memory
Download.
Root. Install
Done
Home
Open kingo app
One click root
Takes two minutes
Download root Hecker at play store
Open
Agree
Verify root
Allow
Playstore download: disable application (root)
Open
Click on app to Freeze
Gmail
Email
Google Calendar
Etc.
These change maps to four seconds to open.

Settings
Then
General
Then
Extra settings
123456
Then
User settings
Then
7890

Settings
Then
Zoftware version
Then
8888
Then
Radio

To go to 'pro mode'
About device
Then three times
Kernal os
Kernal os
Kernal os

Control settings
Then
Hold settings button for. 10 seconds
Then
Hit back button

These all allow you access to things like camera and gamma settings and things like that back up camera staying on.

But
I had those overhead monitors installed so I could use the eonon for maps and iExit and radarnow.
I used something called(I think) cardash pro to do the button setup on my eonon home screen. It does everything with any size button you want. It's very nice. My phone camera is broken or I'd get you a picture.
Since I don't exactly remember how I did the camera, since I don't do that anymore, download one of the dashboard apps and make a button.

The crappy Axxera that came in mind turns the backup camera on when I switch on the emergency flashers. Thought that was pretty cool. Works well to back tailgaters off when traveling thru Atlanta.

Haha! I’m waiting on mine to quit working so I can replace it.

Don’t wait! Look for what you want so you can get it while it’s on sale and do the replacement when it’s convenient for you. My recommendation is to shop Crutchfield’s scratch and dent page.

Full Timers

Are you planning on being a full time traveler? If so you'll want to add one of these connectors to your list of must-haves. Sooner or later you'll park someplace that only allows gray water dumping on site.

We camped at a place, lord knows where but in the south somewhere.
They said we could just run the gray water into the river.
Real park, certs on the wall.
Maybe 200 spots full, few empty. About 60 of them along the river.

I'm no green guy, but it was appalling.

I didn't know about gray only dumps.

The park sites will have garden hose connections at the normally sewer dumping areas.

Two free android levels.
Just set it on the floor next to the drivers seat or have the spouse shout at you, your choice.

So,
I get a text from a neighbor late yesterday:
'can we go up on lot 20 and look at the saturn conjunction the media is being stupid about?'

Sure. Let me know what you think of the new road.

Well, the new road up 20 isn't new, it's just freshly graded and it's been 30-40 or so years since the last grading. Someone was grading roads here, I asked him to consider considering maybe possibly hitting that steep switch back while he was here.
He did the road without telling me how much money, I expected $1100 because, hell I don't know what grading costs, he said $100, I gave him two hundred and I can't quit smiling about it all.
Lot 20 sits about 600ft (over a 1100ft length, damn steep) above the norm here and is great for seeing the entire valley and the 300° unobstructed view of the south west and east for about 100 miles or so.

I get a text from the same neighbor today:
We really enjoyed last night. 20 is like an island in the sky.
This morning I fixed your gate to lot 20. I hope you don't mind. I leveled under it so it doesn't have to be lifted, planted a post and added a rope catch to hold it open and a loop for the closed post latch. I thought the gate should match the new grading.

Punchline.
It wasn't any sort of favor letting him up there and I'm a little saddened he even thought he should ask.
We have very few, but very good neighbors.
My Christmas wish is for you to meet a nice neighbor you haven't met.

Lot 20 was bought solely to quash development. The grading of that road was as kind of a joke as a great but stupidly steep kind of boondoggle, a tease to those who won't pay for the comfort of nice serviceable driveway, a kind of dare I guess. . No one had been up there with a reason in maybe 30 years.

A speculator had this 7+acre lot, and I got the last laugh.
Bought in 1999 at 108k from the developer who bought it from the railroad 60 years ago.
Listed at 128k off and on
Listed at 65k in 2010
Went to the speculator last year at 35k as part payment on a realty commission, imnsure she thought she got the better of the deal. A 128k property at 35k of gross earned money!
She needed cash shortly after, she called me because I had offered to take pictures for her when I heard through the grapevine of the transfer, and I knew she'd never seen it.
15k later there won't be any eastward bound folks building on it. I didn't bargain or whine. I gave her the amount she asked for.

Right up there on the side of that mountain at the end of the road.

In any forum, the LAW SAYS
half of the people on it are of less than average intelligence.
Sometimes it's me, sometimes it's you, dependant on the topic.
Of that lower half, there is a lower half.
This means 25% of them are totally ignorant of the the subject at hand but can be brought up to speed easily.
Of that 25% half are less than ignorant and probably couldn't relatively pour pee out of their boot.

I've seen this type on youtube videos. Usually people with kool-aid color in their hair who's answer to tough questions is BARKING, DOG NOISES TYPE BARKING, until the person with a valid question just walks away.

Is it me or are these people buying more Thor motorhomes and skewing the numbers?
Damn some people here aren't just ignorant, (those I will go FAR out of my to help) but stone cold stupid and couldn't begin to be helped.
Come to the forum, bitch and moan, then leave.
Asked a question and there's no response.
Told a fact, with proofs, and it's ignored.

Someone edumadate me. It appears I am in the
Pee in my boot gang
bottom half of the bottom half of the bottom half concerning this topic.
