My fuel fill is on the driver's side, and my remote propane fitting is on the passenger side, which is where I use a grill. Don't see any problem there.

That's how the vast majority of RVs are set up...

I have a propane grill now that hooks up to the motor home. But my next grill is going to be this Traeger grill.

Best Grill

In my opinion - Weber...if you buy the extra flat grill for the inside (it comes with one of each a flat and steak type) you will have to file off the two tabs on one of them to make them fit flat like this picture. Fantastic Grill.

I bought a Olympian 5500 stainless steel RV grill, its small doesn't take up to much room. Its been great for the two of us.

I love my Weber Q1200. If you can find the roasting setup, foil tray and SS rack, you can turn it into a convection oven and do biscuits, roasts, and about anything that needs an oven.

I have always carried both the Webber Q and the Blackstone. Let’s me cook absolutely anything outdoors.

The only thing that you can't make with a Blackstone: a mistake!

Well I used to try to BBQ Mexican food on the grill but the beans kept falling through. But now with my new Popeal Pocket Blackstone grill I make great Mexican BBQ's. :-)

Just a general thought:

We prefer cooking on charcoal, but many of the areas where we camped last summer prohibited charcoal because of fire danger. Now we make a point to carry a propane grill just as back-up.

As already mentioned this is a FALSE statement!
If using the QD already installed on the rv, which is already downstream of the rv regulator, whatever grill you chose will have to have a removable regulator otherwise you'll never get enough flame to cook anything. Also if the flame control is built into the regulator that grill will not work.

Not all grills can be easily converted...
But if it has a regulator that can be removed: you have a good chance of finding the parts you need.

Many years ago we bought the propane fire pit the same year as the propane grill due to fire danger in the Rockies

used them both now going on 15 years or so

Me too. The 17 inch is perfect for the two of us. Better still with the optional lid and converted to run on the RV propane system. Best unit I’ve ever had.

Can’t do ribs. Can’t do a pork tenderloin correctly. Can’t do a pork shoulder.
Can’t bake a cake. Can’t do a rib roast. Can’t cedar plank. All of the aforementioned I can do on my Weber Q. Just sayin.

Agree. They are two very different ways to cook. Best case is to have both but I don't have room so blackstone for ne
